Nationwide, home sales have slowed dramatically in some areas however in Coos County for the 2009 year we saw an increase over the numbers sold in 2008. In 2009 the median sale price reduced by approximately 10%. This has given some wonderful opportunities for purchasers who wish to locate to this area.
