- That all data obtained from the ALDT may be used only for the consumers
personal, non-commercial use, and only for the purpose of
identifying real property for purchase.
- That the consumer has a bona fide interest in the purchase,
or lease of real estate of the type being offered through
the ALDT.
- That the consumer will not copy, redistribute or retransmit
any of the data or information provided, or use such data
in any other way or for any other purpose.
- That the consumer acknowledges RMLS™ ownership and copyright
in the RMLS™ database.

After submitting your information, you will receive a one time email with all
current listings matching your search criteria (limit 100). You will
then receive emails every night with any new listings matching your
search criteria(limit 25 per night).
If your search results exceed the initial result of 100 or the nightly limit of 25, your
results will be truncated to the first 100 or 25, respectively. Your email will indicate
that the list is truncated and include a link to tighten your search criteria.
